2010 Quad-States Championship Jan 15-16: 3 Title Bracelets

All Chicago Poker Club players are cordially invited to compete in the 2010 Quad-States Poker Grand Championships, Jan. 15 & 16 at the Majestic Star Casino & Hotel, Gary IN.

This tournament series is sanctioned by Chicago Poker News as the Regional Championship of the 4-State Lake Michigan Region (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin).

THREE Championship Title Bracelets will be awarded, along with an excellent high-percentage cash payout structure.

These tournaments have a very affordable buy-in and optional re-buy/add-on. 100% of buy-ins and re-buy/add-ons go to the prizepool.

The Grand Championship Series consists of two separate championship tournaments, each with Championship Title and Champion's Bracelet awarded, and a Grand Championship Title and Bracelet awarded to the player with the highest combined finish in the two events. You may compete in one tournament or both.

Jan. 15: 2010 Quad-States Poker Mixed Games Championship

Jan. 16: 2010 Quad-States No-Limit Texas Holdem Grand Championship

Both tournaments will be conducted "double elimination" style, giving all players two full opportunities to win. The eventual Champions will effectively "beat everyone twice" leaving no question as to their rightful claim to the titles.

The cash payout structure is not too "top heavy" so all payees get a reasonable payout. In addition to the high-percentage payout and title bracelets, the top 3 finishers all receive commemorative trophies. A special lead crystal vase trophy has also been commissioned for the Grand Champion. All players reaching a final table also qualify for the 2010 Player of the Decade Tournament.
